The exhibition project starts from the concept of “CARE” and reflects on the social and cultural value of this word: the artist, the museum, the contemporary archive must take care of the society in which they operate.
So, the works selected in the two exhibition routes demonstrate how the artists, from the second post-war period until the present time, have been able to interpret and also trigger the socio-cultural, but also ideological and economic renewal of their time, defining the image of the new Italy.

Between Milan and Bologna the over twenty artworks range from metaphysical and conceptual painting to Realism, from Symbolist suggestions to the first signs of the Avantgardes, passing by from sculpture to photography to digital. An exhibition that is visualization and a laboratory of reflection and research: a peremptory and urgent message.
