Marignana Arte at ZONAMACO
February, 6-10
Marignana Arte is among the galleries partecipating in ZONAMACO 2019, from Febraury, 6 to 10, with a solo show by Verónica Vázquez.
Our booth is located in the ZONAMACO SUR section, curated by Kiki Mazzucchelli (São Paulo, 1972).
Following up on “The Logic of Materials” –the 2018 edition of Z(s)ONAMACO Sur, which focused on contemporary artists’ renewed interest in materiality, the proposal for this edition will once again be framed as an attempt to ‘take the temperature of art world’ by examining yet another recent trend in artistic practices; this time with a focus on the idea of the ‘performative’.

Il nostro stand si trova nella sezione ZONAMACO SUR, a cura di Kiki Mazzucchelli (San Paolo, 1972).
In seguito a The Logic of Materials – l’edizione 2018 di Zona Maco Sur, incentrata sul rinnovato interesse degli artisti contemporanei per la materialità -, la proposta di ZMS nel 2019 verrà ancora una volta inquadrata come un tentativo di “prendere la temperatura del mondo dell’arte”, esaminando un’altra tendenza recente nelle pratiche artistiche; questa volta con un focus sull’idea del performativo.
